Aerobics must be performed a minimum of three to four times a week for thirty or more minutes each session. By engaging in aerobics, you will increase your rate of metabolism. The three planes are known as the sagittal, the transverse, and the frontal planes. Crunches only focus on the sagittal which is engaged when you bend forward. Without working all areas of the abdomen, you won't get the six pack you desire.
