While in this position, rotate and lower your hips to the right. While doing this your feet should shift and end in a position where they are stacked one on top of each other. Move back to your starting position and repeat on the left side. Do this twenty times and your waist will quickly shows signs of slimming down.

Strengthen your back and your stomach will appear firmer. Place your feet shoulder width apart with your left foot in front of your right. Lift your right heel and slightly bend your left knee. While balancing on your left left, tilt your torso forward. Keep tilting until you feel your hamstring stretch deeply. Let your hands hang forward for balance, if need be. Return to your starting position and repeat ten times. Switch sides and do ten repetitions there also.

Another great flat abs workout strengthens your lower body. For this exercise your beginning position will be feet placed flat on the ground and spread hip width apart. Your knees should be relaxed and your arms will hang down at your sides. Move your right foot back and to the left. Lower into a curtsy lunge until your left thigh is parallel to the floor. While doing this, move your arms across your body to the left so they are over the thigh that is parallel to the floor. As you return to the standing position, kick flex your right foot to the right so it is at hip height while reversing your arm position. Do ten repetitions of this exercise and then repeat on the opposing side.

For an exercise that will not only give you flat abs fast, but also work out your entire body, try this one. Return to the push up position. Lift your hips up until your body appears as an inverted V. Your legs will be extended, your heels will be raised and your arms must be straight. Now bend your elbows and scoop forward so you are hovering about the floor with an arched back. Lift your chin while making this move. Return to the inverted V position and repeat. Do twenty repetitions of this exercise. By completing these exercises on a regular basis, you will find you have stomach muscles that you will be proud of and can't wait to show off.
