there is no easy way to achieve that ripped flat look. It takes hard work,
low fat low calorie diets and a total body commitment to fitness.

muscles, but to achieve the look that the magazines are focusing on could
take years to perfect. Moreover, it's possible that even with the perfect
diet and exercise plan in place, your body may not be genetically
programmed to form those types of abs. It could be, but don't be surprised
